Booking Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Bookings made through our website, and our and your rights and obligations in relation to such bookings, are governed by these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Payment
You must pay the applicable prices for your bookings during checkout. Payments may be made by the methods specified on our website.
Cancellation / Changes by You
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Any verbal cancellation must be followed in writing within 24 hours.
- More than 28 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 28 - 14 days: 40% of holiday price
- 13 - 7 days: 60% of holiday price
- 6 - 1 days: 90% of holiday price
- Day of departure or later: Full holiday price
Changes by Us
In unusual circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or alter arrangements. In such cases we will offer a substitute package or refund payments made, according to applicable law and feasibility.
Complaints
Please report any complaint as soon as possible to the relevant supplier and to us. Written complaints should be submitted within 28 days.
Responsibilities & Disclaimer
Tour Market Travel arranges services from independent airlines, hotels and suppliers. We accept responsibility for our own employees only and cannot be held liable for events beyond our control.
Passports and Visas
All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and required travel documents before departure.
